More than just the self-care we see on Instagram like bubble baths or watching tv, resilience means connecting with our brain and our body to tune into what we need and want. Our brains and bodies are meant to work together in harmony but many times, because of exhaustion, busyness, and a fast-paced world, we disconnect from ourselves. By practicing resilience skills together, we can connect with a sense of agency over taking care of ourselves in a way that makes sense for us.

blossom is an experiential retreat meant to allow you space to rest, connect with like minded women, and learn and practice what resilience means for you. The skills we share with you are biologically based and founded in neuroscience and psychology. You'll leave blossom feeling energized and refreshed, ready to put into place concrete action steps to take your resilience with you into your daily life.
